Product:
i had ordered the tatami and futon set and frame which has been the best sleep ive had in over 5 years. The bad back ive had from a western style bed has now subsequently dissappeared. love the pillow cases sewn up by Naomi

Delivery:
The tatami mats and futon turned up in perfect condition and on time as per the Tracking Details Richard had provided.

The back ordered tatami frame had been despatched out 2 weeks after which turned up once again as per the tracking details provided by Richard.

Richard had also reached out to me to let me know that the frame was on board for delivery that day which gave me plenty time to get back home to recieve the frame.

this time however the outside packaging was damaged in transit albeit with a scratch that i believe is 100% salvagable with a touch up. I contacted Richard immediatly and asked him for the colour of the wood and he provided multiple optiions of fixing the scratch, once again, Richard's service is Impeccable
