I have a miniature bottle collection, (some 200 unopened) that they could sell on consignment. I supplied in emails photos of the whole collection for appraisal followed up by numerous phone calls over the past 12 months and every time promised that I would get return answer..... Well guess what, empty promises suggesting that the shop could be full of empty bottles as they are alcohol connoisseurs ..... its a pity their own site is full of glowing testimonials even posting on their facebook page is screened.... they definitely don't like to admit their downfalls in customer service.

This agency had managed 2 of our properties for 7 years and basically promised a lot but delivered very little for their management fees. We terminated our agreement March 2017 after they failed to sort out rents that were either not collected or not paid to us since November 2016, and water usages back dating to 2015. It took us till November 2017 to recover most of the outstanding monies from True Blue, and when the new owner of a property we sold terminated their agreement, they conveniently informed us that they no longer manage the property so they will not be chasing any more outstanding monies. Fair Trading was the only option to us, but as this will only increase our heartache longer we decided not to pursue it any further. More people need to be aware of their lack of attention to managing properties, communication skills and the lack of suitably trained employees with the knowledge or skills to effectively handle property management in the years they had handled our properties in the last 2 years of our dealings with them. We had requested the agency end of financial year statements for the year 2016-2017, and that was even too difficult a task for them to carry out..........

I listed a property through Blissful Real Estate late last year and my wife and I were so disgusted in the company's behaviour with their harassing attitude after the management change early this year that saw the salesman that did all the listing and selling not receive any commission after they publicly slandered him. I demanded a letter of apology to both of us before I let my solicitor release the commission to them. Never before have I had to block a phone number due to the harassment from a Real Estate Agent ........ Blissful Real Estate have shot themselves in the foot as they will not sell any of my remaining properties. It pays to do your homework first. No stars here if I had the option.....
