My laptop was not powering up, usual story just out of warranty. I am not a computer expert, I took it back to the store, to get some advise. Unfortunately the sales assistant did not listen to me. My assumption was that there is something wrong with the power supply, the adapter or the battery pack. He said that the computer is not old enough for something like that. He gave me the supplier's and a repairers phone numbers. I rang the authorised repairer first as it was a local business, when i explained what happened, I was told that it is a mother board and It will cost more to repair than a new one. I rang the supplier, I was told to pay around $250 in advance and mail the laptop to them. I accidently found this business, they confirmed my diagnosis, there was a problem with the adapter. It took a while to get the right one for it.

My car engine was making some strange noises. As I do not know much about cars, I only drive them, I was pleasantly surprised with the honesty of this mechanic, he advised me it only needed a minor repair and adjustment. Did not charge me an arm and a leg for it either.

Pricey hairdresser as they use L'oreal products. They are professionally trained hairdressers, so they could be really creative with your hair if you do not give them prompt insructions, and you might not like the results.

The flowers that I sent for my daughters birthday were beautiful, fresh as they were just pick. They lasted for longer than a week, that is something new, as flowers wilt really fast. They cater for all occasions.

I had a small crash, unfortunately my car needed to be repaired. My insurance company suggested this business. It was only a minor repair I was not informed that my car will be longer in the repair shop. It seems like other customers were more of a priority.

One panel in our shower screen needed to be replaced due to a crack on it. It was costly, 10 years ago the 3 glass panels did not cost as much as the one now, also the tradesman was so much in a rush that he just put it back without adjusting that it was all aligned with the other 2.

This a helpful, prompt service, for pruning large trees and removal of problem trees. After recent bad weather we had a big branch halfway broken of a large tree on our property hanging over the power post. it would have broken the power lines without removal. This service was really fast into action, great work not leaving any mess behind

Unfortunately I am dealing with a serious medical condition for 10 years now. Had 3 brain surgeries already, 2 different types of radiation therapy. Seems like there is no permanent solution to my problem with traditional medicine, so I am looking at alternative options now. This business provides a great personal, informative, helpful service.
