Worst Customer Service Experience with City Mazda.
Purchased a Demo CX-9,
the car was delivered uncleaned from inside,
salesperson rushed the delivery and did not thoroughly inspect the car before delivering to the consumer
after market salesperson was pushy and arrogant and was pressuring us to buy the products or the car will not be delivered in time.
Called 5 times in a single day to reach out to finance but Finance person never bothered to call us back no calls recd till date
Upon complaining about the issues, we were asked by the manager to bring the car some other day so that they can detail it from inside.
Did that and left the car one entire day but no detailing was done on the car, seemed they only vacuumed the mats. I could still see dust all over, hair, spray marks and stains on the seats and dirty cup holders.
Then the big boss came in and tried compensating the whole thing with a free service but made it look like he is doing a favour to us where in delivering a clean car to the customer should be a standard thing for the dealership.
In the end because i got fed up dealing with them I had to get the almost new car detailed from car wash company and had to bear that expense
Overall it was a bitter experience and service was below standards
I m not going there again for any of my future purchases and will ask my family and friends and whoever i come across to stay away from the city mazda dealership
Lesson learnt for next time i guess
