Just want to thank Richard & his wonderful team for always going above and beyond to ensure my car is safe and sound on the road. I'll be honest being a female and not mechanically minded, some mechanics treat you like you don't have a clue and talk over your head. This leaves you feeling really confused and having no trust in what is happening with your car. I have never felt this way with Richard or his team and it's so comforting to know that no matter the problem big or small, Smart Torque Automotive are always there to explain what is needed and break it down so that a women (that has no idea about cars) can understand. Throughout the process the level of communication is second to none. They keep you in the loop with what is happening all the time. I couldn't recommend Smart Torque Automotive enough.
