The courtesy call came the day before to remind us of the visit, and a call on the day. Adam came and was most efficient and professional in his approach. He was able to find the problem with our St George oven and fix it. He took time to ensure all was in working order before he left. And we received a follow up call two days later to make sure we were happy and that oven was working to our expectation. We will certainly call on Nationwide again in the future.

The service that we received from Robert at DRYTRON on Wednesday January 31, 2018 was everything that we could have wished for.

Robert was punctual, friendly and efficient. He very quickly assessed what was to be done and organized his equipment and set to work. He was keen about the job and obviously enjoyed himself and the task at hand. He worked very hard to clean our carpets and did an outstanding job.

When asked for advice about further care of our Carpets he gave what help he could but also referred us to his Boss for further assistance.

He was methodical and hard working and we could not have asked for more
We would be more than happy for Robert to return in 12 mths time if the Carpet needs cleaning again in that time
