Having been a past member I have to say that at start up, the service was a disaster. I went from being up to date (although heavily in debt) with payments, to being in arrears with almost everything.. This seemed to be because My Budget was making sure they took their fees out before paying my creditors! After about 4 months of nightmares, it finally levelled out and ran pretty smoothly.

The biggest thing I would like to highlight, are the exhorbitant establishment fees of $1000 to $1500 which they want paid in the first 6 months of your contract with them! On top of this they were charging me almost $50 per week. When you have a mountain of debt and can barely save, that is HUGE.

To be honest, I don't think I would use them again. There is another company that provides EXACTLY the same service called sort my money, and they do NOT charge any establishment. Just a low weekly fee.
