This company continues to get worse. I have sent endless emails and made phone calls but have not received any reply from my manager or her assistant. I ended up getting through to their supervisor, Hasitha, who promised me I would hear back from my manager a.s.a.p. but it NEVER happened. When I called him back two days later he told me she was away ill but her assistant would get back to me. That did not happen either. This company keeps changing our managers which is hard enough to keep up with and the hand overs are not the best as they seem to have no idea about our property. There has been the odd times where we get a good manager, like Joseph Ojaimi, Harrison Morgan, Stephen Hudson and Kaitlyn Denney and we start getting into a good rhythm for a short time only to have them be taken off our portfolio, left in limbo for a while and needing to start back from scratch. I am always left to chase up everything and make sure our issues are resolved, otherwise this block would just deteriorate.
