The man who did our carpets was a professional in all regards. He was very clear as to what the service would be and how much cost was involved. I was advised how long it would take and any extra needs such as access to the laundry. The job he did was excellent, all done with a manner of easiness and good humour. It felt like I was being helped by a family member not just being another account to service.
