After my medical appointment my wife and I enjoyed a coffee here. Sat outside in the sun. It was very tempting to enjoy either icecream or one of the mouthwatering desserts but we did resist . Must return another day and indulge ourselves.

Popped into this chicken shop for a large bag of chips for my grandchildren after school. It has a good menu of takeaway foods and we have enjoyed a number of meals from here in the past. Must say the bag of chips was emptied quickly.

While browsing Burnside village I found a Gaz Man store here. I like their style and so purchased a well priced jumper here. Great range to choose from and able to fit it on with no problems. Another happy purchase

Popped into this newsagency to purchase a copy of a sailing magazine. It was instock and I took the opportunity to browse the motoring magazines as well. Good selection and well displayed.

My wife spied a pair of dress shoes that she decided fitted into her shoe collection well. She was attended to promptly and the desired shoes fitted and were "On Sale". A purchase was made and she is very happy. Good selection of shoes and good staff.

Lovely day for a walk and we stopped by this cafe which is located in a building built in 1923, hence the name. Sat outside and enjoyed the ambience and a coffee. Very busy but the coffee arrived in good time. Many people enjoying brunch which looked great. Good to rest the legs too.

Enjoyed fish and chips from this very popular take away store. Freshly cooked and served by a pleasant staff member. Usually ring my orders in so that I can just wait a few minutes. Great range of takeaway foods including chicken dishes and salads.
