Well we have external security blinds from UNIBLINDS installed over 15 years ago. We had some new windows installed, and the installer damaged our front 3 blinds.

I rang Uniblinds and they were FANTASTIC, they come fixed all three blinds same day and without any issues, they where amazing.

They believe in service and do a great job... Not to mention our blinds are still working perfectly after 15 years. well done guys.

"I am not sure if i would recommend or not, i believe they have a very good product and i am happy with the quality of the 3 double glazed windows. My issue starts with installer damaging our external blinds and not admitting too it, and while Installation manager agreed to come and and have a look after i complained, he was very negative and doubtful that they would have done anything wrong. I decided to just get the blind installers back to fix, as didnt trust that i would get good resolution. secondly not overly happy with the windor trims put back, while i knew i would have to paint them as advised at quote, i didnt think i would have to putty up all the nail holes and sand, also the new trims dont cover the same area so i have to repaint the wall. and lastly the finger prints and dirt on the windows and trims took ages to clean, i would of thought they would of left the windows clean and looking nice, no attempt to clean up."
