We had windows installed in November 2023.. Excellent job, excellent service. Recently we had a problem with part of the work, a screen door. We notified ACCENT and they were here
within 48 hours and rectified the problem. Great after sales service. Luigi the employee who came out to do the work was
really efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He fixed the problem, a real great old fashioned tradesman. Thank you to the ACCENT TEAM again..Highly recommended.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for an outstanding service from quote to installation. Abbas and his crew were very friendly, professional and so helpful, I miss them not being here. The bricklayers Alan and John are definitely an assist to your company, it was a pleasure to talk to them and they certainly know what they are doing. I would not hesitate recommending Accent Windows to my friends or family if they require window replacements in the future. My family and friends love the new windows and sliding doors.

"I am not sure if i would recommend or not, i believe they have a very good product and i am happy with the quality of the 3 double glazed windows. My issue starts with installer damaging our external blinds and not admitting too it, and while Installation manager agreed to come and and have a look after i complained, he was very negative and doubtful that they would have done anything wrong. I decided to just get the blind installers back to fix, as didnt trust that i would get good resolution. secondly not overly happy with the windor trims put back, while i knew i would have to paint them as advised at quote, i didnt think i would have to putty up all the nail holes and sand, also the new trims dont cover the same area so i have to repaint the wall. and lastly the finger prints and dirt on the windows and trims took ages to clean, i would of thought they would of left the windows clean and looking nice, no attempt to clean up."

Look elsewhere. This company is very hard to deal with. They mislabelled our order but the orderform fine print was so hard to read we didn't pick it up on the plans and offered no solutions even though on site the man said it would be a very easy fix and wouldn't cost much, we got quoted an extra $3k for 2 windows panes which we couldn't afford. After they installed the windows the outsides were very rough with wood chips and gaps and they said they'd come back. So we didn't pay waiting for the job to be finished and then they sent a debt collector after us. The people in the company don't seem to communicate with each other.

Shocking service!!!
Installed doors 6 months later noticed a crack from behind door seal.
Was told not covered when I spent over $10,000 on door.
Buyer beware

Was very happy with Vakil's quote and knowledge about windows and time spend explaining things to me and looking at colours. I visited the showroom in Bayswater and we decided to go ahead. We got 4 windows done. Sadly, we aren't happy. Big gaps between some of the reveals and the walls (not sitting flush), found a few chips in the new hardwood, they left big glass shards on the carpet and outside was glass and nails on the driveway, and they didn't install an aluminum corner plate which I paid for. They left all the rubbish and old glass despite 'same day removal' along with their empty coffee cups on my new lawn that was just planted. Nice enough guys but unless things get fixed it's a bad review from me. I've rang the company and was told to email them with photos.

We had the patio enclosed on to sides with full glass fixed panels. The installers were excellent and the finished product looks great.
Very happy with the new room.
