Was left very disappointed after the service I received here. To start with I was kept waiting 25 minutes, then finally the lady asked me how I wanted my hair. I gave her very specific details as I have just moved from the UK and my hairdresser of 12 years. Within 5 minutes of my cut she turned her attention to another waiting customer and proceeded to have a lengthy conversation. My hair at the end was nothing how I described I wanted it (just a little shorter of what I went in with). I was so disappointed that I had to arrange to have it cut by someone else the following week. I will definately not be going back
