My husband and I consider ourselves to be the American BBQ people as my husband is American we go to BBQ quite often. When you first enter it is a massive restaurant and it has a nice lodge rustic feel to it which was nice, once we were seated we noticed that the decor was a bit mix matched. It was American BBQ theme but then it had Australian flags hanging up and the music was of mexican theme so a little odd. The menu had a lot of options which all looked good, except they were missing a few key American BBQ items. We ordered the Pol Boy sandwich which was okay but nothing special and we ordered some ribs to share, the ribs were horrible, we could not finish them, the flavour was not american bbq but had more of an indian flavour to them. Very disappointing.

The kids loved this place, but we thought it was very expensive. The gardens which surround the bird cages are lovely and the kids loved seeing what was around the next corner, the birds were beautiful and well kept although we did not like that as most of these birds were jungle birds they had nothing in their cages, which was very sad. The only nice part for the birds was the open avery which you can walk through and some of the birds are free to fly which was nice. The maze which you have to pay extra for was fun and we had a lot of fun running around but again I don't think it was worth and extra $30 to enter the maze. approx is for a family of 4

we were very happy to stumble across a waffle house on our trip to kalbarri, however we were very disappointed. It is found on the back of a hotel, the outside looks fine but as you walk in you enter a very dark old looking room, all the tables looked clean but the chairs were broken and torn. When you make it to the counter they have great ice-cream but they have not much variety and they are very expensive. I would give this a miss

This was a great night. I would definitely recommend making a booking as when we went on a friday night they were extremely busy. This is a cute bbq style place which connects to a caravan park. It has a large dinning area as well as a large outside eating area. Despite being very busy the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, it did take a little bit of time to arrive but the large portions of the brisket and ribs and the taste was fantastic. My friend ordered a pizza which you could easily share (tho she didn't ) and at the end of the meal we werer all given a complimentary shot of port.

This is a typical country town pizza place. Simple brick frontage with large signage lets you know whats what. The inside smells incredible, there were no tables to eat inside only a few chairs for waiting for your order. The pizza was delicious, very fresh and good service.

This is right on the water. You just have to cross the road and you are at the river, which has pelican feedings everymoring, its cold but the kids loved getting to feed them. The caravan park in not new but the facilities are clean and tidy. The caravan park is neat and the people are friendly it is however like a bit of a rabbit warren there are lots of roads going off in different directions so your kids can easily get lost. Overall it was a great place to stay

OMG the most amazing thing in the world I have just discovered. All hand made donuts with the most amazing flavours and they look so pretty too

Great coffee in this little spot, it has good drinks, good food and good service. A good little spot to check out for a coffee and sandwich I had the roast beef with chutney and spinach flat bread which was not shy on Ingredients a great quick lunch

Great cafe with exceptional food. A light and airy place with good service and a good atmosphere. a good range of different foods on offer. I had the. Baby calamari and avo salad which was a god size portion and good amount of calamari

This is a modern Cafe with modern style foods, it has a lot of space with outdoor seats and waterfront views. The food is of a high standard and something you wouldn't expect. The surf and turf I had was amazing, a great steak with asparagus and prawns on the side in a delicious sauce.
