Thanks to Colin's work we negotiated $10,000 off the purchase price of our new home. This will go a long way to the cost of the foundation work that needs to be done and makes me feel a lot more confident we can bring the house in at a reasonable total cost. We don't have loads of money so that's a big deal to us!
