Had no problems with our old Property manager until we got a new one this year (don't want to shame her sadly) and all we received was hell. I had advised her there was wall rot (termites) and other various items that needed to be fixed, but these items never got addressed to.
She then found out we were in the process of buying our first house and was telling her we will give a months notice when & if the time comes.
She took this as a verbal agreement (WHICH IS ILLEGAL) and told the owners that we were indeed vacating. Long story short - she tried evicting us without grounds and I pulled her up on this.
If this is the way they handle business (hanging up on calls) then they SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS!

Absolutely the best butcher I have ever come across. Great specials every week, and you can always fill your freezer for under $100 with a months worth of supplies. I cant imagine him shutting down!

These guys specialize in takeaway burgers more then their fish and chips, and they do a great steak sandwich. Their prices are very reasonable ($5 for a normal burger, $7 for a works with steak) and great toppings, fresh ingredients and always served with a smile.
Only ever had their chips, apart from their burgers, but they were alright.

This Asian / pizza/ fish and chip shop has an Asian feel to it, But caters to every ones tastebuds. Their asian cusine is very simple (Beef black bean) and you wont find any "authentic" dishes there, but its still really great food for their pricing. Their fish and chips are great, and their fish menu is broad.

This takeaway place do a huge range of Take away fish and chip items as well as a full home made wood fire pizza menu, so you get the best of both worlds in the one shop. They are friendly and process your order with ease. They are always fast paced, to get the tourists in and out when they have screaming children.

Great prices, and they serve real roasts, cut up before your eyes, so you choose what you want, how much of it, and what roasted veggies to go with it.
They always have 3 roasts out (Chicken, Beef and Pork) with the exception of lamb ones, or corned silverside on weekends

Their snacks are a tad over priced ($2.70 for a spring roll) but their chips are to die for. They are just the best Ive ever had, and have never failed us yet. Their fish is pretty basic (Cod, Whiting, Barramundi) but are still very fresh tasting.

Has a starter motor break on me, they told me exactly what was wrong and helped me every step through. I found their prices a bit steeper (Around $80 or so more then others quoted me) But I found these guys more trustworthy in the end, as they told me how this could have happened, and trying to find the cause, instead of just "fixing" it.

Had the family team come out once a month to do a general clean up of our bushes ect, and they only charged us $20 per month for the maintenance. They have great prices so there's no possible way you can loose with them!

Went in to get a trim, and they knew exactly what I wanted. They were very friendly, very helpful, and were very speedy, got the job done very fast.
They also try and sell their products alot, so if your not interested, just remember to say no thankyou, or they will continue to suggest the product.
