I love this amazing place - it is a MUST to visit and I challenge anyone to visit and not want to buy everything. Annie is such a wonderful person - she will stop and chat and make you giggle...warm; kind; generous; helpful; wise and genuine. I feel so lucky knowing Annie and having such a special place to shop. No matter what the occasion - Annie will have the perfect gift. Exceptional customer service - amazing selection of everything you would expect to find in a gift shop - and then some more. There is no other gift shop like this one. Make sure you pop in if you are in the area - and if you are not in the area - take a trip: you will not be disappointed. I love popping in just to say hi to Annie. An icon of Essendon - unique, engaging and welcoming...just like its owner (and her hubby). I have been a client at Confidente for the past year. I followed one of my fave hairdressers there. I was very pleased when I first attended the salon and loved the way it ran. Confidente actually performs personalised service like no other salon I have ever been too. One on one. Total attention. Brilliant service and results - each and every time. I was recently informed by my hair dresser that she was moving to Sydney and would no longer be working at Confidente. I was totally devastated by that news - I obviously couldn't follow her to Sydney. BUT... to my surprise and total gratitude, I met Tanya. Tanya is the hairdresser who replaced my hairdresser at Confidente. I am not one to review however I need to let you all know that Tanya is AWESOME. I have hit the jackpot with her. My hair has never looked so good. I have never been so happy. I never thought anyone could surpass my previous hairdresser - but Tanya has - in leaps and bounds. I was a little hesitant at first but she spoke so confidently and positively I had to give her a chance. I will never look back. I jsut want to let you all know that Confidente is a gorgeous place to spoil yourself - but with Tanya on board the experience will be so much better. A totally professional, competent and genuine hairdresser.
