Came to this establishment on the weekend and I enjoyed a 8 course tapas platter courtesy of one of those group buying vouchers.
Formerly the Artel, it is the same establishment but I think they're trying to forget about the old name

Still loving this place. They cook their food well and consistently
They also have nice coffee.
Always a good choice for breakfast... or any time of day for that matter

I kind of expected a little more than something I could have made at home, but all I got was some toast with some ham on it. definitely not going back there again for food.
coffee was good, but on the pricier end of town, starting at $4 for a small

Went alone for lunch looking for something different.
Found this fantastically busy place. But there were enough wait staff for them to provide table service.
So I was promptly sat and served with menus and table water. Shortly after, the waiter returned to take my order. Due to the busy-ness of lunch time, it took a bit longer than usual for my food (beef brisket and rice) to arrive. But it was worth the wait.
Generous serving of rice with a perfectly fried egg on top. A side bowl (on the same plate) with the delicious beef brisket in it. The side of asian greens were a little sweet, but it matched the dish.
Overall, definitely somewhere I can come back to

Oh dear. This place has gone steeply downhill.
On the back of a Groupon, we came. The house wine was mediocre, but it was the food that let them down in a big way. The haloumi chips were a different idea, but they are a heart attack on a plate. The sauce on their gnocci marinara is nice, but the seafood was overcooked and the pasta a bit gluggy. And the pizza.... bit boring.
The gelati: rum raisin was more rum than anything else. And the hazelnut just felt old. Yes, the taste was ok, but the texture was plastic-like.

So went to their Glenelg shop last night to compare and it's also as good! But this one's close to my work, so I'll be coming here again soon.
Love the goat curry still

Absolutely loved the curry from this place and they have soooo many good naan and samosa waiting in their warmers.
You can tell it's good coz there's always heaps of people coming and going from this shop

And again for coffee and cake.
It's lovely that all the locals come to support these guys.
Excellent that we have such a nice bakery down south

Many years since I've been to this establishment.
It's a very nice location and very spiffy.
The only real downfall of this one is that they have their 'casual' restaurant in the same building. There, they have a salad bar and probably more well priced dishes. But I didn't eat there, so cannot comment on whether the food is any good.
I got the 600g steak at Crusoes and cooked blue. Yum!
And a nice bottle of wine to accompany

I've seen some of the amazing food that comes out of this truck and I can say that I can imagine that I would love eating it.
But I just come here for their $2 espresso.
Nice coffee for a couple of bucks.
