The service was good and personal. The massage therapy was really effective and actually worked to relief tight muscles. The room was quite and relaxing with soothing music. The cost was reasonable

The food was good, though it was not the best but the serving size was generous. The price was great for the bonuses and high level service we got.

First experience was not too bad. The hair stylist was friendly and did the job as expected though not the greatest. The second experience was extremely disappointing. The child hair cut was terrible, the child ended up having a fringe long at one side and short on the other. They offered a lot of incentives prior to having the services but never confirmed the price and did not deliver the promised bonus extras at check out.
