Thoroughly recommend Luxe Bedding to anyone wanting good service, fair prices and courtesy. Recently purchased a lambskin baby rug from them for a gift at a baby shower. When it arrived the hide (backing) had a small tear in it. One phone call to Vinod explaining this and a photo sent showing the tear and a replacement one was express posted to me immediately and received within 2 days in time for the occasion AND I was told to keep the original one as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. You could not get better service than that anywhere. Have never struck it with other online traders when there has been a fault in their goods as happens from time to time. It's always an uphill battle to get a replacement or credit and takes weeks. Luxe Bedding will always be my go to online dealer for anything I need in the future.
