Great service and tasty food which is wonderful to find when visiting a zoo. I like the atmosphere of the large hall area; and considering how busy things get with all the visitors I think they do a great job. Nice selection of food; and great place to sit down and rest inbetween the bus tour and walking to see the hippos. Great fun to have the meerkats just outside the restaurant as well.

Love the range of stock that this Dymocks hold and the staff are always friendly and know just when to help and just when to give you time to browse.

I wrote a review last year ... and have been back several times since then; however, on my last two visits I've been left with an incomplete haircut where the hairdresser missed cutting large areas of my hair and on my final visit the hairdresser cut my hair much shorter than requested; very disappointing.

Gorgeous place and always looks tempting, but although I've been there several times over many years the service always disappoints with being very slow and not very friendly. Also overpriced. I keep wanting it to be better (so try again) because it seems to have so much potential

I stayed in one of the two bedroom lodges and was disappointed with the accomodation. We stayed here because of the kitchen facilities however the oven took forever to heat which didn't make for easy meal times and the bathroom door never shut properly. The best part of the stay was the walk around the property in the early morning where lots of kangaroos were sighted. The staff member we spoke with was friendly; sadly somehow it just didn't meet our needs though.

I've travelled on the tram past Naughtons many times over recent years and always wanted to go there. Recently I had the chance to dine there on two consecutive days and was very impressed. The food is very tasy and there is a large variety; I had the same staff member serving both days and she remembered what I drank which was impressive. Friendly atmosphere, good value, great place to dine! My favourite is the eggplant and zuchinni chips which were an unexpected treat to eat.

Easily arranged to have my car picked up and had someone arrive early the next day at the agreed time to collect it. Fast, easy service and friendly staff

I had afternoon tea at the cultured salad recently and it was the first time I had been there for several years. What amazed me was seeing some of the meals they had which looked like the same pasta and fritatta (i think that's what it was) concoctions that were on the menu when I was going there more regularly many years ago. One of the few places I know to be so consistent in delivery. I had a friand and iced chocolate both of which were delicious. It was the first time I've had a friand served hot rather than cold; and was an unexpected treat. Good service and nice food

Where would we be without our ambulance service? I've needed to use it myself a few times and recently had to call for a family member. So impressed with the ambulance staff and their friendliness, skills and support and of course medical know how. I really appreciated the staff checking in on me later while I was still in emergency as well while they were dropping their next patient off. Definitely something where I want to keep my membership up (and avoid the fees if you don't have one and need the service!)

I didn't need a new script for my glasses on my first visit which was nice since that's always the expensive part; they do seem to have a good range of frames though. The actual eye check was bulk billed to medicare which is handy. I always like walking past the eye gallery even when not needing glasses because of the window display
