Very friendly and helpful in providing what was needed and making suggestions. I like sending balloons as a hospital gift instead of flowers which can upset peoples allergies; and tell-a-balloon has a great variety. Also useful for party supplies

They do a great job with advertising and the service is exceptionally good. However while the service side is good, the clothes very sadly mostly disappoint. Many of my purchases their have been poor quality; the sizing varies enormously for clothes that should be the same size and they are expensive especially given the quality. It's disappointing because the concept of the shop is a great one, the staff are friendly and having the mail order is good also.

I've been a member of ancestry.com.au several times over the years when researching family history. It is an excellent resource in many ways including the ease of use and the depth of information available. I hope to see more, and extended, databases continue to be added to enhance searching in the future.

I've needed to use BMI a few times for different scans and have been very thankful for the service available. It's hard knowing exactly how to review such services when their diagnostic tools and skills can make all the difference to both life saving and other medical situations. On a recent visit I was thankful to have a mix of different staff showing both their professionalism and also humour when it was needed (one joke from a staff member still has me smiling). There can be a wait (obviously urgent cases take priority) and some of the tests are expensive but then they are so necessary. Great service overall and my thanks to them

I've been to GMI several times and have been so thankful for the service they provide. In a fairly urgent situation recently I was able to get in quickly to have the required scans. Staff are professional, friendly, helpful and great at what they do. Nice waiting room as well. I had about a 10 minute wait which was good compared to a lot of other tests I've waited for in different places.

This is such an amazing place. We went here just before seeing the penguins and enjoyed a nice drive between the two places (which aren't that far apart) and on the return trip saw several kangaroos which was fun. At the nobbies itself there is an incredible network of board walks which give a great walk and amazing views out over the water. You can also see out to Seal rocks. I didn't see any seals myself but have heard of others being able to see them from the centre. There is also a nice gift shop and other facilties at the centre which make it great for tourists. While there I saw more seagulls at one time than I'd seen before and also had fun watching a cape barron goose with its goslings. Definitely worth the trip

Great outdoors environment which I enjoy walking around after my meal and I love the sandstone work that adds to the outside of Barwon edge. There are two eating areas (that I know of) and I've only eaten in the area you need to book so can't comment on the casual eating area. My experience has been of good staff, great food, wonderful views of the river and very strong bitter coffee which I've learnt not to order. Love looking at (and selecting) from the range of desserts/cakes.

I've stayed in this hospital on several occasions for different reasons and on the whole the staff have been great but I've had several problems mostly with things like call buzzers not working (NOT good when it's urgent), not getting the right pain medication and not receiving information that would have been useful to have.

That said I know everyone is run off their feet and doing the best they can and do appreciate the staff and services in this hospital. One thing they do provide which is fantastic is a masseur and a wonderful physical therapist which really helped my recovery.

I have stayed at the Geelong Private Hospital several times. As a day stay patient following minor surgery on different occasions I was looked after extremely well and appreciated the comfortable chairs in the recovery area. The staff were great and knew just when I needed to extend one stay to overnight following a (minor) bad reaction to an anaesthetic. I also stayed for over a week at one point following a critical illness and enjoyed a private room which made such a difference to having rest during my recovery. The experience of being so ill was of course terrible but the hospital did a great job in helping me through this time. My main doctor was excellent

The best of times, the worst of times; they have there for it all in my family's journey with our pets. They have been there during surgeries; supportive during that terrible time of saying goodbye to loved pets; the joyful times of purchasing a new dog and all the vet work that entails. This is such a wonderful vet clinic; professional in all ways and also very friendly and caring both nursing staff and the vets. My thanks and appreciation to them all. We have taken our animals there for a number of years now - excellent service!
