After buying my first home, I was starting from scratch with no prior knowledge, not a whole lot of money to spend on conveyancing, nor any experience. I found Jack's details online and contacted him because the service was affordable. I found out that the affordability of the service absolutely did not mean there were any shortcuts or compromises to make up. In fact, Jack went above and beyond at every step, with extreme diligence and care in his work and his ongoing support and advice. I felt incredibly comfortable referring back to his clear advice, and had total trust that he had my best interests at heart. He demonstrated that numerous times, when there were instances the agents could have (and tried their best to!) exploit my lack of experience. I'm all settled into my home now, and much more confident and reassured in the huge decision I've made thanks to Josh and his lovely team. I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone I know, and will absolutely use their service again if I ever need.
