There are few choices for a nice lunch and this place exploits that by making you wait and wait. Not enough service staff and somewhat cheerless when you do get served.
The food was nice but over priced for what it was.
Initially we turned up at 2.30 and were bruskly told the kitchen was shut. However on checking their website they advertised they were open til 4.00pm. I took some persuasion to come back but there are so few options around the eastern side of Lake Macquarie for a nice lunch. My wife prevailed though I must say given how unwelcome we were made to feel and how slow it was and the bill I'd have to be dragged back. Oblivion awaits such a patronising attitude.

The menu here continues to be tired though a high point was the grilled barramundi with tomato, capers and olives- deliciously cooked and flavoursome. This unfortunately was one of few healthy choices on the menu.
Not many options for the non pizza and pasta eater either.

We had a family birthday for 9 people. Most complained about the over cooking of the meals, blandness of flavour and the high prices. e.g. over $40 for a rib eye steak medium which was overcooked- dry. Lamb shoulder- not enough sauce given how dry the meet was. Fish was overcooked.
Bar prices were high to match the food.
Very disappointing given the nature of the night and previous better experiences.

The two choices we made- beef burger and chicken burger were ordinary. The beef burger used to be a healthy home made patty. Now its a pre-processed one heavily laden in preservative, filler and salt. It was grey. The chicken was dry and needed more sauce.
The food here has been great here in the past but the owners seem to be now cutting corners on quality. A shame.
Still do a great breakfast but the lunch menu has gone backwards. Will go elsewhere in future for lunch.

To be clear wr had a nice lunch and the food and service was fine. Interesting menu but difficult if you're looking for healthy choices. The food we chose- steak and arancini was fine but would have preferred more fish choices. How about some filleted fish in a light sauce? No steamed veg options either just large salads.
Over priced by comparison with other restaurants in the area.

I was forced to move to Vodaphone from 3. I purchased a Samsung S2 as I needed a straightforward phone for my wife to use. It all started well enough but after four and a half months the microphone failed. I took the phone to the Rouse Hill Vodaphone store who sent it off for service supplying me with an unworkable old LG phone. After three weeks I picked up the phone to be told they had replaced the phone with a new one. I took it home but it would not connect to the WiFi. I took it back asking for an immediate replacement as they had supplied a faulty item. They insisted it had to go for service. I insisted and they called the telephone centre and spoke with an assistant who also insisted, then a supervisor who insisted and since then by email someone who keeps parroting the line. I have offered to upgrade but want no penalty, or change to an equivalent or even release me to go somewhere else but to absolutely no avail. My needs as a customer have ben ignored and they are not fulfilling their obligation to supply a working product that I have paid for. The best they will offer is one month's credit. It is simply not good enough. The customer comes second to bureaucratic snafu. The store says they need authorisation but the telecenter refuses to give it yet the email correspondent says its up to the store. I'm stuck in the middle with no prospect of a satisfactory outcome. I could not recommend Vodaphone given what I have experienced.

We eat there a few times a year when we can't be bothered cooking. The food is great value. Is fresh and well cooked. Never been disappointed. Service is very prompt and cheerful.
Bar staff are efficient and courteous.
Have had group meals there too and it works really well. It's a great venue for a family get together.
The early week roast is ridiculously good value at $12. I couldn't finish everything on my plate and it was a tender medium cooked beef. Don't know why I bother with other family restaurants.

Been open for a few months. Food is outstanding. We particularly like the egg salad and the Thai chicken salad. Fresh and well chilled. Presentation is excellent. The owners put a premium on a clean and tidy restaurant.
As well they do burgers, fish egg/ bacon rolls.
Orana better watch out. They have competition now!

A hidden secret of dining around Kellyville.
Of three in the area this is by far the best. range of menu across a few asian styles but the mainstream cantonese is superb. We've never had a problem here and we've been a customer for fifteen years through two owners. The prices are low by comparison elsewhere. Service is polite and the food is ready when they say it will be. Boss sets a high standard with his staff and you are always made welcome. A smart businessman.
We were forced to go elsewhere across the new year and they just don't compare!

Standards are dropping. This used to be a place where you were served an ample serving for a main meal and the quality was exemplary but a recent experience has seen portion size reduce, menu hasn't changed in four years and the quality of the cooking has slipped. E.g. I ordered a steak which was cooked 75% on one side and singed on the other. The service is still good.
We used to go there regularly when we couldn't be bothered cooking. Now we travel elsewhere.
Drinks are expensive for what you get. I know rents are extortionally high in the RHTS but that's no excuse for taking customers for granted.
