She is also a myotherapist and is qualified to do needle work for more deep seated complaints. I started seeing her weekly and have been able to drop back to once a month maintenance. Thai massage includes stretching poses, which greatly assists in body movement and flexibility. They also have a range of other shorter sessions if you are time poor. You can walk off the street, but I suggest booking now, as they have grown in popularity and are usually booked with clients. They have repeat customers because they are good and price competitive.

Meredith is lovely and is happy to offer the best service, which can be hard to find these days, so it was a pleasant experience overall dealing with her.
