Very poor customer service. I purchased 21 bracelets & one arrived broken. She had loosely packed them in bubble wrap so they were loose in the satchel, hence why one broke. Said she wasn’t responsible for damages from Australia Post but it was her packaging that was to blame! I do not recommend her at all, there are much better places to go with good customer service. VERY UNHAPPY!
