Professional and courteous. The staff was very understanding and helpful.
My Mom's passing was obviously a difficult time and having to deal with all the arrangements while coming to terms with my loss was not something I wanted to do. Jillian was very helpful in explaining the process: she let me take my time to decide what I wanted. I was never pestered or bothered with followup calls or emails. From start to finish the whole process was very smooth and efficient. The cemetery is in a nice quiet location and I find visiting there to be very peaceful and comforting.
