For me, Joe's workshops have been extremely rewarding on many levels. Joe's character is remarkable and refreshingly unique; warm, engaging, caring, trustworthy, funny, and full of wisdom, you can sense he's a man of integrity. He's able to tune in to people's inner world and help them grow toward more satisfying, fulfilled, and purposeful relationships/experiences in life.

There's relationship with others, but also with one's self. Both are intimately connected in ways we may not be aware of as our stories unfold over time with all the emotional wounding, traumas, and conditioning commonly experienced in today's world. Not being aware of these emotional patterns can lead to all sorts of difficulties in life, and Joe skilfully helps the person and group become aware in a more connected way.

With a very mindful approach, Joe creates a space of safety and heart-centred support, allowing people in the group to go to wherever they need to go toward improving their lives. Personally, he inspires and motivates me to be the best me I can be, I think we all need people like that in our lives.
