Like being in an abusive relationship
As a new customer AMP were great, as an existing customer they are rubbish. Most recently I wanted to extend my loan by $50,000, they took over 5 months and made multiple mistakes, didn't return phone calls and selectively responded to emails
At AMP no one is accountable, when I told them I was leaving AMP because of their recent performance they weren't apologetic, simply said they would send me the discharge forms

We found DV to have good sales when talking to us, but felt very let down with the service they provided managing our property and would not recommend them
DV Property Group advertised our property for rent but failed to turn up to the open house leaving 20+ people outside our property with no one to show them through, I received a phone call from the departing tenant asking me what was going on, no one at DV was reachable.
DV acknowledged and apologised for not turning up, however after this and a few other issues we changed agencies. On our final statement DV charged us for services they did not provide, like a lease fee for the open house they didn’t turn up to?. I tried to contact the principal but did not receive a response.
A couple of months after we changed agents we also discovered unpaid bills for work DV Property Group ordered at our property in the 12 months before we changed agencies that we then had to pay for

EXPENSIVE, do not care about clients or contractors.
They charge more than every other agency, will not disclose fees.
If you're looking for a bad customer experience look no further than Gameduds.
Arrogant morons who really don't know much and certainly don't know anything about customer service!
Avoid frustration, do a local search and there are better alternatives around the corner
