All I get from here is a Soy Chai Latte every morning. I've tried a few places around here and this one is the best, in fact it's one of the best I've had. They're super friendly and they don't charge any extra for soy milk. They only charge $2.50 for all their small coffees and they have a loyalty card so your 10th one is free. It's always a great start to the day.

A small costume hire shop with a great range; a good selection of 60's, 70's and 80's costumes, with loads of movie costumes and other obscure themes. The woman working there was really helpful, and spent a while with us helping us pick out a costume. She was also able to accomodate us returning the costumes later in the day as my wife and I both work.

A great little cafe for lunch. Can sometimes be a little hard to get a table, but perfect for 2 - 4 people. Great food, good prices and great service.

If you want a great burger in the South Melbourne area, this is the place you should go. They're huge, so they're usually best eaten with a knife and fork. Try their vegie burgers, they're enough to convert a carnivore.

Usually when going to the cheaper computer stores you expect bad service because you're getting cheap goods. This is not the case with Centre Com.

I went to them initially because I was having a lot of trouble getting a certain monitor one of their cheaper competitors. I ended up paying about $20 more for them to order one in but it was worth it, I got someone who was willing to talk to me for more than 5 minutes and actually help me out. Since then I've bought a graphics card, memory and a laptop and they've been great every time. I've recommended them to friends and they've had similar experiences - "It's great! You can actually talk to them and understand what they're saying".

Sometimes they're cheaper, but generally you'll pay about 5% more than the very cheapest places but to be able to get what you want, when you want with a bit of service, I'd say it was worth it. These guys are my regular parts supplier from now on.

Our reliable local bakery. Always have quality baked goods at great prices.

Their vanilla slices and sausage rolls are especially good. They know their custard.

This review is for Allens Estate Agents, Blackburn VIC

We've been using Allens Estate Agents since 2004 to manage our property and they've been fantastic ever since. We looked at a few agents in the Blackburn area when looking for a property manager and Allens had the best service for the best price.

Allens are spot on when it comes to managing property, having excellent communication and fast resolution of any problems. They were really helpful when we've had problems with a tenants, chasing up payments and bond and getting us back on track. I really have piece of mind having my property managed by Allens.

When we were looking for a rental property we were fortunate enough to find one through Allens, and from a tenants and landlords perpective Allens is fantastic

This review is for Romeo's Pizza, Forest Hill VIC

These are easily the biggest pizza's around. The toppings are as thick as the bases, and the bases are thick! Just what you want if you're looking for 'a big fat pizza!'. Those that are on a diet, stay away, this will put you into negative points. This is one of those guilty pleasures I only have every so often and they always deliver the goods.

The staff have always been really friendly, and they're always spot on with the order.

A great local pizza place. Consistantly good pizza's at a reasonable price.

The thing that mosts stands out is that their pizza's aren't very oily or fatty. You don't get a greasy feeling after eating one. The people have always been very friendly and we've never had a problem with our order.

This review is for Kerrimuir Fish Shop, Box Hill North VIC

Great little fish and chip shop. Good quality chips and a good quantity. One of the chunkiest pieces of flake you'll get in a fish and chip shop with a thick coating of batter. Really, this is a meal your heart WON'T thank you for, but if you just want a good old fashioned fish and chips, then this is what you're after.

The staff have always been friendly, and the prices are pretty good.

This review is for Indochine Vietnamese Restaurant, Box Hill VIC

Easily the best Vietnamese cuisine I've ever had. It's hard to have a favorite dish here, because everything I've had is excellent. They do these huge noodle soups which are hard to finish, and these warm rice paper rolls with mint that are just fantastic.

The only problem in this place is getting a seat, even if you book! The service is great once you're in though, with the food coming quickly. Though you can feel a bit rushed on the way out as it's so busy. I don't think I'd give it a go with a big group, but as a couple or pair of couples it's just the right size. It's one of the places in Box Hill that's become very popular amongst westerners.

Approximate cost: $15
