I took my pup here for puppy preschool. Not so happy with the experience, I was not given tips to control his behaviour as he was quite boisterous and just wanted to play with the other pups. I struggled to control him sometimes and was given no instruction by the vet nurse - she completely ignored us. I enrolled looking for guidance and training, but learnt nothing - I could have picked up a book instead.

I walked out every time feeling like a failure; each lesson he was getting harder and harder to control, even though he was great at home. In the end due to sheer frustration and embarrassment I didn't go back, I just practiced lessons from a dog book at home, and learnt from there how to introduce distractions into training.

Find another puppy preschool, I will not go through this route again due to my experience with an apathetic instructor
