Love shopping here! Great value for money! One girl that works here is just the most delightful person you could imagine! Totally genuine & always asks how my children are (I shop there alot)

Honest to god I tell no lie. My old friend used to work here and I used to go visit her on occasion. I got to actually see out the back and my lord, if you did you would so not eat here ever. I have personally witnessed them smoking in the back room where all the food is. I have not been there since. Now this is going back to the year 2002 so I really hope they have changed owners since then, if not the health inspector should be sent down there. I tell no lie.

Fantastic owner, very helpful! I bought a beautiful handbag on sale for half the price after looking all day long in other suburbs.. Great shop, with great products with lovely service! Don't need to go anywhere else, shop local!
Have heard this shop is for sale though, shame.. Hope the service stays the same.

I rang up to find out the price of a "Cars" Lightning McQueen bed for my son. I was transferred to 3 different departments "by mistake" then put on hold for 17min's then told they couldn't get hold of Manchester, I ended up hanging up on the person.
You would think being in the store that they wouldn't go look at a price for you even when you ask them too & the product that you want the price for is displayed right at the front of the store?!
Anyways....
I ended up ringing up 5 hours later thinking there might be better more helpful staff on by then. I knew what department to ask for after being told previously it was Manchester so I asked for it. The girl that took my call went "huh" when I asked then paused for awhile then said "oh yeah ok ok .... ???? Strange...
I got my price after waiting 7 mins for an answer..
I sent my partner to pick up the bed & he took my VIP card with him. The good part to this all is he got the bed for half price being $100 instead of $200!

I went there the next day to buy the Lightning McQueen doona cover set & I wasn't sure of what type of set's were on sale for half price so I asked the girl at the front counter to get someone for me to answer my question, she called them & again I waited prob about 9 mins. Nobody came so I walked off then I asked a lady walking by to tell me the price, she acted as if I had bothered her by asking for help. I bought the set at $40 instead of $80 in the end.
I will always go back to Spotlight as there products are fantastic but I'll help myself instead of asking for help from the un-helpfull staff they employ. They are shocking!

I love shopping here for the baby products. There prices are to die for and have found they are also cheaper than all the rest. Always discounted sales etc I could spends hours here. 98% of there stock is cheaper than other stores. One of the best multi purpose stores around. Wish we had one here in Mornington!

The woman that work here are just plain old rude. They hate children & have seen them on many occasions yell & tell off the children for playing with the ticket machine (word to the wise get one that children cant reach)
They even yell at the parents. I once didn't fill in a form right & the woman shook her head at me like I was dumb.
Many people I have spoke to about this have agreed that these woman are rude. They obviously dislike there job & lack people skills & think that because we all need & have to use Medicare that they can treat us like crap because they know we will still go there because there a local business that we all need to use.
I will only go back there because it's the only one around & I have no choice but to use there services.

As soon as I walked into the store to look at toddler shoes I was jumped on by a sales assistant, "are you after anything in particular?" I said no I'm fine I'm not going to buy anything I just want to look on my own thanks & he still stood next to me asking questions about what I wanted.
I ended up walking out as I did feel like he was over stepping it. I hate being annoyed when I go into a shop, & what's more is I said I want to look on my own & he still kept at me. This store pushes for buisness & it's quite silly as it never used to work there & it still isn't working there.
They have tarted up the store but it is still lacking the relaxed approach of leaving a shopper alone.
Wont go there again, should have learned my lesson from when I went there 3 years ago.

Huge shop with plenty of stock. I could spend hours in there. Biggest range I have seen yet. Only one complaint I have is the young staff in there will ignore you & busy themselves un-packing stock instead of serving you, this has happened 3 times to me. I've had to wait up to 5 mins to be served. Apart from that I love the store & it's products.

Fantastic store! Very grateful it has opened here in Frankston. Staff are friendly & products are awesome! Very helpful with questions & products etc, I reccomend this store to all my mum friends. Will continue to shop here & they are lovely with your children when they come into the store with you!
