Brought interstate car there for a blue slip. Quick inspection. Gave some comments on future servicing. Not pushy or slow. No surprises in pricing. Pretty boring stuff.

Fish, chips, soft shell crab. Some mixed baskets. One of the better, reliable places to have lunch or a snack in Civic. Always good staff, quick service, and good food.

Been several times. They also deliver to some areas (Woden/Weston Creek). We've never been dissatisfied. Good by Australian standards, but slightly more expensive than most. Still, can be very crowded.

Moved interstate from Canberra. One of the cheapest quotes. And also surprisingly cheap packing quote (which I didn't use, but should have).

I am guessing that the lower price is because of lots of experience in determining cubic metre usage during home visit. While I was packing, they gave me some extra boxes when I ran out, which was appreciated.

On the day, I was still in the midst of packing (there's always more than you think. And then some more). But movers were polite and worked around that.

The delivery (too far to be done on the same day, so done on the following day) was also well done. Suggest that if you have really nice stuff, to go with others. But I just had a medium amount of non-fancy stuff. And this moving mob was just what I needed.

Moved into a house that likely had never had gutters cleaned. Emailed on Thursday, received reply and rough quote via email on Friday. And a possible time of visit. He arrived on site Monday morning to confirm quote, then went about his job. Inspected gutters & cleaned them, flushed downpipes, kept the place clean throughout. After which reported his findings and gave his thoughts on whether gutter guard was suitable or required. Appreciated quick response and arrival, especially when juggling several tradesmen visits and staying at home to supervise.

Just bought and moved into a house. One of several small problems was some issues with a rainwater tank. I asked another plumber to fix, which he did. But that work was sloppy and caused new issues to arise soon after

Sent emails to a few other plumbers to rectify—especially any that had rainwater tank experience. Plumbing Doctor was the only ones to reply. Staff showed up on time. The one "small" problem soon became a major one, but he called for some backup help. After that was done, he gave me quotes for some of the other niggly problems that the first plumber couldn't fix. Some of which I accepted, some I didn't.

What I like was the plumber was technically adept, but had the ability to call up for assistance. And that the quotes were given, and work negotiated and explained up front. And he had far better tools to actually do the job. Note that the price below included parts.
