My Honda Mower was serviced 10 Sep2012 a full service was completed received mower filled it with fuel 2 weeks later went to mow lawns nil fuel, refilled with fuel didnt think anything of next tim I went to mow lawn nil fuel in tank and noticed paint lifting on base,must be a fuel leak. I took mower back was told carburettor had dirt under needle charged an additional $35.70 base of mower still in a condition I would describe as woeful, not cleaned paint still lifting.
I should not have been charged second charge for faulty workmanship and the base of my mower shud have been restored to original condition. I emailed the company and they had the courtesy to make a phone call to me,but their response was refund or clean up of base not happening they actually said it was my fault for possibly filling it up with dirty fuel not happy.
I personally would not recommend this business and with a work ethic that their manager obviously follows its a wonder they are still in business. I have been a customer here for many years I believe they have recently changed management

Have taken My 2 vehicles here for the last 5 years and found a reasonable price great customer service great for women they don't try to rip you off and are open Saturday mornings also they call you when car is ready normally within the hour one of the few honest businesses around
Also covers new car warranty

Staff always friendly nothing is too much trouble even bone and roll a chicken or lamb for you free
Products are always fresh and the quality of meat outstanding have been going there since they opened and I havent had a disappointing experience yet

Vehicle was washed yesterday 09Aug12 reception staff pleasant condition of car after being vacuumed and washed disgusting looks like they used a dirty chamois to clean with,missed several places that were a bit difficult to reach without bending over, I had to re-clean the vehicle when I got home, This seems to happen when a business starts to become known the excellence and care deteriorates, perhaps if they cleaned every vehicle as if it was there own, care to detail would change, a very expensive cup of coffee
