Have been here about 5 times for a drink and standard pub fare and found the food, price, and value to be a bit above average.

The pub itself is very roomy and casual, and a decent place to meet up with friends or even a date.

The service is friendly and professional.

I recommend to try at least once!

This place may have been OK when Jenny Z came here in 2009, but things have changed a lot since then. Come here for coffee only. After going to this cafe for a month, I can tell you this, Tuesday to Sunday, the coffee is great and service fast. However, order food and it'll come out slower than watching paint dry. From observing, the chef is very pompous and argues with customers when they complain about his food, i.e. takes too long, too spicy, too salty, too raw, etc.

Sometimes the food is decent, however the prices are not in-line with the speed and the chef's attitude is definitely a negative.

However, with the only other dining choices being the pub across the road, McDonalds, Subway, and Annanandale Delight (on the other side of Parramatta Road), I can see why people make the mistake of coming to this horrible place.
