Been in 3 times in past 2 months on way to visit friends in Daylesford, all 3 times spent over $50 buying pies pasties and cakes to take as gifts. Had the same woman serve me every time, lots of sighing and eyerolling as I asked which family pies were available today, (we couldnt see any!) then ordered their 'famous'vanilla slices which she put in a bag, then squashed the hot pies on top of (ruined) Ordered 3 coffees and she said I'll do those first and we waited for 10 minutes while she chatted with the other girls) then served us scalding watery coffee. Very disappointing and definitely NOT going back.

I've been in there 3 times in the past fortnight, 1st two times was for gifts, last time I wanted spanish sherry for a dish I was cooking. While they have a fabulous range the service on counter is appalling. The girl there is the surliest I've ever seen and I always smile and say hi please and thanks, she snatched my cash and slapped the change down on the counter with out speaking nor looking at me. She smiles and jokes only with the male customers it seems. - 3rd strike you're out. Never going back.

Tuesday morning, running late for work, press the button on garage remote and the door goes up about a foot and bang! a cable snaps and I cant get out. Call these guys and they have someone out within the hour! Very helpful, took my distress call, asked lots of questions about what was happening with the door. Sent the right man with the right parts, he replaced both cables so it wouldn't happen again. Gave us tips on maintenance because we're near the bay and charged total of $225 including $150 call out fee. Excellent service and I was at work by 10am!
