The store Manager, Melissa is a fantastic and dedicated travel consultant and her whole team are really friendly and enthusiastic too! Melissa's quotes are always competitive. She goes that extra mile (pardon the pun) and always has great suggestions that enhance our trips.

If we can't make it into the store, Melissa is fantastic with email and phone calls to ensure everything is perfect.

Melissa takes a personal interest in all her clients and has arranged 4 international trips for us and everything was exactly as we expected with no hidden surprises.

Melissa always looks forward to you returning and popping into the store to tell her how your trip went and welcomes feedback on all aspects of your trip.

Even though I'm related this is unbiased because our travel has always been hassle free, connections perfectly timed, accommodation exactly as we expected and additional requests always taken care of and advice given when Melissa thought there was a better or more interesting alternative. I have also heard from a lot of other people how impressed they have been with Melissa's attention to detail and customer service! The two owners are the mechanics and are very down to earth and genuine! They look after all our families cars which consist of a VW, Holden, Toyota and Nissan and have done so for many, many years. We could never go to another mechanic as they have spoilt us with their honesty and reliable work.

Clean, tidy and quick! What more could you want? Yummy crunchy chips that are 'real' and full of potato, tasty seafood and fish plus good servings. This is the only time we've never been able to finish the minimum of chips even though they were yummy! Potato cakes are a little bit small but still very tasty and enjoyable and actually full of potato.

The restaurant and function centre are located in the Golf & Country Club building and are situated near 2 magnificent lakes. You enter from the Northern Highway and drive down, down into the valley, relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views!

Now you're in the mood for some great food, you will find the owner and staff very friendly and attentive with being intrusive. Service can be a little bit slow when very busy, but you're in beautiful surroundings and relaxed so don't really notice or care. The food is delicious with generous serves and they have a great wine list and beer on tap. They also have special nights e.g. Monday $14 Roast of the Day, Tuesday kids eat free, Thursday $14 Parma night (subject to change of course). All prices are good -- you would expect to pay a lot more for this quality in Melbourne.

They have casual seating where you can gather with friends for coffee and cake or pre-dinner drinks and then move to your table. In winter they have a lovely open log fire and in summer you can relax outside and then stroll in for your meal.

We also had our daughter's 21st birthday dinner there and everyone commented on the unique setting and how beautiful it was. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed their dining experience.

The ambience is lovely and you never feel rushed. They are also open for breakfast and lunch. Overall a fantastic day or night out. I thoroughly recommend it and now as a local we go on a regular basis.

Lovely food with generous servings at a very reasonable price. Specials change weekly so always something new to try. Staff are really friendly and service is quick. Lovely view over the golf course and they will soon be renovating to add a children's play area and additional bistro seating. Membership benefits inlcude meal discount Mon-Thurs and free courtesy bus pick up and drop off at your own front door within the specified zone. Lovely cafe area as well in the Gaming Room.

We've been eating at the Epping RSL for many years and menu choice and range is extensive. The food is always great, prices are very reasonable and the staff friendly...what more could you want! They also have an outdoor play area for children!! We often have family meals here or meet friends and no-one has ever had an unsatisfactory meal. Always ring to check table availability as they get very busy however they still manage to serve your dinner within a reasonable time.

We have been customers of this practice and their South Morang clinic for well over 15 years and they looked after our old female dog who has since passed away and our current male 2 y.o. Jack Russell from puppy. They have always been wonderful with our pets and very honest (old dog had kidney failure) and don't string you along just for the money! They have de-sexed both dogs as well as performed major correctional leg surgery on our Jack Russell and the results have always been terrific. Very considerate and supportive staff!

Rustic type setting in the country with indoor and outdoor dining. Large variety of choices from the menu and the food is lovely. Very relaxed and you can sit and enjoy the company without feeling like you have to leave as soon as you finish your meal. Very friendly staff and a real country feel with ample parking.

We are owner-builders and struggled to get a plumber. We tried many who said they were interested in quoting then they let us down by never providing a quote - the reasons ranged from the travel was too far, the job too big or no reason at given just silence!

After getting desperate I searched a home renovation website and contacted 4 plumbers. Richard Weston replied promptly and we haven't looked back since!

Richard and his team are keen, dedicated and nothing is too much trouble. They have all their own equipment which helps keep costs down which is always an advantage.

Richard also communicates constantly on progress and if he expects a delay he lets you know so you can plan.

Great guys and good quality work, we are very happy and can't wait till everything is finished.

David is working with us on our new home and is a very keen young man.
He is running his own business and did some painting at our daughter and husband's house. He is particular about his work, which is a rarity in painters who can be a bit slap dash!

Only negative with David is that he has a lot of work so you can't need your job done immediately and he also needs to learn better tme management but that will hopefully come with experience in running his own business.
