We went to windy point restaurant for a small (6ppl) celebration for a friends's graduation. I've heard so many amazing things about windy point but we were quite disappointed with our experience.
The food was average-- presentation was great but there was nothing special or unique about the menu choices or the taste. My chicken was rather bland. The chocolate dessert platter was nothing special either. It was overly sweet & everything was made with milk & white chocolate -- i reckon there always needs a balance of dark/bitter chocolate on a platter.
The biggest let down was the service. Our meals took a long time & for a hatted restaurant- I think that's unacceptable. Our meals also came at different times so none of us really ate together.
That experience completely put me off the restaurant. For the price charged-- I don't think it's worth it.

This is by far the best Mexican food in Adelaide! I lived in central & south America so I know authentic Mexican food! The prices are affordable-- the servings may be a bit small but that's cos they are for sharing-- which is exactly the way the Mexicans have their meals! I love plantain chips & am so glad that I can satisfy them at lucky Lupitas! The margaritas are amazing too!! If you love Mexican-- then you have to go-- the line may be long but so worth it!!

The aircraft and waiting area could do with some renovations to make it cleaner & more comfortable for jumping enthusiast. Having said that all the skydiving crew were friendly and knew what they were doing (they better)-- they have a lot of experience. They were nice enough to squeeze our jump in on a rather busy day for them. I was impressed that it only took them 20mins to get our DVD of our jump ready too! It is a bit overpriced. But still an amazing experience

Best coffees & hot chocolate in Mount Barker! I love their chilli hot chocolates. The cakes are always delicious. I love that they open at 6:30am Mon-Sat-- a good stop for an early coffee on the way to work. Their lunches are delicious at tasty! They've recently opened for dinner on Friday nights from 5:30-late yummy Mexican street food served restaurant style! Love the Latin music always playing!

I love eggless! Love the Asian fusion in their desserts. They vary their desserts each month & often involve the customers to votes for their favorite desserts to come back! I love the various choices of teas & coffees-- especially their teh tariks & Vietnamese coffee. The staff are extremely friendly! Definitely a place for the adventurous foodie!

Amazingly creative and delicious desserts!! Staff are incredibly friendly & helpful. The pastry chef creates different desserts each month and adds it to the menu. The coffees are lovely too-- not a huge variety of drinks but the desserts are divine. I love the ambience!
