Used there services at Office Works Kings Way. They helped me choose the components including motherboard, RAM, TV Tuner card etc and assembled them for me on the same day. All components were bought from Officeworks. Very reasonably priced.

Approximate cost: $800

Built a Tusanne at Craigieburn
Pre-Contract Stage: Customer service was great and communication channel was kept open at all times. Quotes were provided timely including advice on what could be added. Used the baseline of a model house and tailoring our design from it. Mark Ryan was the consultant – very good at what he does.
Contract Stage: Lady was really rude - sign or the door is there attitude. No negotiation on contract.
We requested our termite protection to be a mix of termi mesh and reticular system which was offered as a separate product by the original company however, Metricon decided not to get into complications. Also removed a wall between toilet and bathroom due to which an exhaust, lighting, tiling, switches, door etc, were removed from the plan. Metricon credited it as a bulk amount while when we added something it was added to the quote as line item e.g., tile skirting under the benchtop in bathroom.
Building Stage: All went well however, there was a delay in the last two stages primarily around tiling, shower case installation. Delay started to increase after the second last payment when the majority of the funds were transferred to them. However, build was completed within contractual dates.
Post Handover Stage: Defects picked up during Handover - broken flyscreen which was during their build, rangehood was incorrectly installed and the light was never tested, benchtop in one of the bathroom had a tilt towards the wall (spilled water always flows there) , garage door entrance brickwork was faulty (two strips installed to support the brickwork were misaligned), a few minor tiling issues, damaged fence when they rolled in the hot water tank.
Warranty Stage: This is where it gets exciting, handover was complete in 2008 (Sep) and still in 2009 issues remain unresolved particularly due to lack of motivation. Four visits made to date spread across a year and half, everytime there is a new person who likes to snap photographs. The only issue that has been fixed is the paint job and crack fills. Let us see how it goes .. Work Still in progress. Last visit was in end of November where they decided (not fixed yet) to replace the fence panels when they could not be fixed by hammering. DON'T CARE ATTITUDE at this stage.

Please note that most of the work is subcontracted so at the end of the day your house quality will depend on whom you end up with. They may have a quality assurance process however, don't think they follow it practically. (Assume same goes with all builders)
Having said that, they still seem better than other builders but terrible post handover. Hard to reach on phone and mostly been contactable on email.
Second Choice was Dennis Family Home (when we started to decide on the builders)however, did not go through as they
a. Did not provide a contractual warranty of 10 years as part of the contract.
b. Contract was old and too complicated with too many clauses (if this happens refer to clause 2.3.4)
c. Price seemed to be high for the upgrades than other builders.

Approximate cost: $200000
