Lovely location on the veranda to enjoy the view and a platter of local produce. Reasonably priced so enjoy with a glass of organic wine. Take time to explore the wetlands too.

New name, same management.
Very few changes to the menu, which successfully covers a range to suit all palates. Wine is fairly priced and beer and cider are on tap.
It would be hard to beat the pizzas, steak is perfectly cooked and schnitzel is moist and a generous portion.
The staff are genuinely friendly and considerate.

Such a great range of delicious food to select from and the wine list will suit everyone.
Staff are very efficient along with being friendly and knowledgeable.
Warm plates and attractive serving dishes are a bonus to making a delicious meal. It's wise to make a booking to secure a better table although we have never been turned away.

Good choice of food and wine, but overpriced. Luckily they are in the Entertainment Book!
Don't know if we had an unfortunate experience but chicken satay and prawns along with calamari in main courses were overcooked. Other than this, sauces were delicious.
Not as good as previous meals eaten here over a year ago.

Really good experience!
When trying to book I was told it was a full restaurant but if we came in at 6pm and were out for 7.30pm they could fit us in. Great!
We were seated by the wood burner fire and so were nice and comfortable on a cold night. The whole place had a really good feel and was very homely with warm lighting which added to the ambience. Our waitress was friendly and efficient in welcoming us.
The food was really delicious, tasty, piping hot, homely and comforting. Everything was reasonably priced which all added to an extremely satisfying first experience.  We will definitely go back!
Bonus: it's in the Entertainment Book!

Kate is an expert hairdresser who always listens to what you want done with your hairstyle. The salon is fresh and clean and the chairs at the basins give a gentle massage. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great service from friendly staff. The seating is reasonably well spaced so you don't feel as if you're eavesdropping and the decor is modern and fresh. The pizzas are great and pasta delicious with plenty of flavour. There is a nice range of wine to choose from. For pasta and pizza, the prices are inflated.

Had breakfast with a group of friends and the place was extremely noisy being almost full. It was worth the wait for eggs Benedict, they were delicious, but I found the coffee a bit bitter. Would go back again at a quieter time of day to sample the menu.

Went there for dinner with a reservation and were offered our choice of tables set for 2. We chose a table with bench seating against a side wall as opposed to others in the centre of the small room which were very close together and quite small. The room was very bright with the lights over the bar area intense and hanging quite low, so there wasn't a very warm feel to the room nor a sense of intimacy. Having no background music, conversations were easily overheard so there wasn't much ambience. Perhaps the lights could be dimmed to give the small restaurant a more comfortable feeling.
A nice touch is the complimentary olives, bread, oil and balsamic accompanied with a friendly explanation of their origins. Our main courses were full of flavour and well presented, but what I dislike, is having to pay extra for side dishes on top of a menu which is already expensive ($35 for mains). The menu is small, seasonal and with the exception of no vegetarian choice for main course, would please everyone. The wine list is a bit disappointing with varietals, but not too badly priced.
The staff are efficient and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a positive experience.

Great views through large windows on 2 sides out to water and hillside. Was rather noisy on a Thursday due to a full restaurant and furnishings. Counter service was slow but staff were very friendly. Good selecton of food and wine to suit everyone. Salt and pepper calamari were tender and reasonably priced and came with salad, chips and aioli. Parking is a short walk away.

Approximate cost: $21
