On Saturday we called for an appointment due to a burst pipe, we had to pay a down payment of $400. Monday comes and no one shows up in the morning nor afternoon, no texts or calls… The evening comes and we finally get through on the phone, we tried to cancel the appointment because we had no idea when they were even coming, they demanded $160 for cancelation, eventually they came, at 8:30pm. Utterly ridiculous. We asked for a quote the following day and they were quite firm on not sending it until we paid? I’ve never spoken nor heard someone so arrogant and rude before, we are customers, no? I’d never recommend this company to anyone.
