I would not recommend this business. I purchased herbs from this business some time ago. The herbs were supplied without consultation and turned out to be inappropriate for my health care concerns. The herbs made me very ill over the 2 month period I was taking them. I recently contacted AcuHerb and explained to her what had happened. I requested a refund of the purchase price ($120.00). AcuHerb initially refused to provide the full refund. She also questioned why I was complaining a year after I had purchased the herbs. After lengthy discussions on the phone and only after a threat to lodge a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading and the Health Care Complaints Commission AcuHerb agreed to provide the full refund. The person I spoke to did not seem particularly concerned that her products had made me sick but seemed more concerned about the money and her costs. AcuHerb later advised via email that they now provide consultations before selling herbs online but when I purchased from her a year ago she was not providing consultations. I believe there is a good reason why AcuHerb now provides consultations, because it has a duty of care to ensure that she is not selling inappropriate herbs to customers. I did not receive the benefit of this and as a result paid the price. I believe selling these products without a consultation to ensure they are appropriate for the client's health concerns is dangerous and has the potential to make customers sick, as happened in my case. I returned the unused and unopened herbs to AcuHerb and while AcuHerb has confirmed receiving them still no refund in my account. I phoned AcuHerb again on 7 September and they repeatedly laughed at me over the phone dismissing my concerns. AcuHerb been dismissive throughout. This has caused quite a bit of angst. So in reviewing this business I can only warn other potential customers by saying BUYER BEWARE. If you have an adverse reaction to herbs purchased from AcuHerb you may very well find yourself in the same position.

I had a very poor experience with this company. I purchased several items from them. Two items were unsatisfactory. I contacted the company, by email, but was stonewalled. This company does not provide a contact phone number, does not provide a contact name, nor does it provide a street address either on its website or on delivered parcels. Due to the lack of satisfactory response, I left feedback on the company's facebook page. A short time later I received a letter in the mail threatening legal action against me. No, I am not making this up. This really happened! This company also tried to gag me from speaking about my experience, again by threatening legal action. My product issue has not been resolved and I am still stuck with the unsatisfactory products, which were not what I expected, nor fit for the purpose for which I purchased them. Purchase from this company at your own risk. If you are unhappy with any product received, as I was, you may experience similar treatment, and you might also receive legal threats in the mail. BUYER BEWARE! As a savvy consumer I would not recommend that anyone purchase from this company. The worst online retail service I have ever experienced. NOT RECOMMENDED
