Went for lunch one Sunday with our son and his family. Arrived at 12.30, waited an hour and a half for lunch, they were short staffed. Owner ran the bar in the pub and waitressed in the restaurant, husband cooked the food, children were kitchenhands! That's okay, but when the food did arrive - yuk! My husband's curry was watery, bland, disgusting to look at, and apparently not very nice to eat. My "barramundi" wasn't!! Not good. The rest of the table's food didn't look too bad, particularly grandson's hamburger, looked pretty good, wish we had all ordered that. Be a long time before I go back there.

Approximate cost: $20-25

New owners, pub renovated to high standard, food really good, large serves. We had a salad each and bottle of white wine (it was lunch), mine a chicken salad, husband a thai beef salad, both really delicious, fresh, pleasing to the eye, good value for money. Other diners had burgers with chips, looked good, but large. Will re-visit.

We go regularly for fish and chips, the fish is what they advertise, ie. if they say it is barramundi, it is, always perfectly cooked, chips are very good, love it

Had to go for cortisone injections, a painful experience, but the staff there are so good, explaining everything as they go, sympathetic and understanding. The whole service is run in a most efficient manner, runs to time (a major break through in medical facilities!), it is expensive being private, but for all xrays etc., it is the place to go.

Called in for breakfast, had the full breakfast, bacon, eggs, tomatoes and toast with a cup of tea or coffee. Eggs cooked just how I like them, bacon good and crisp, toast done to perfection. What value for money, loved it!!

I buy bread rolls from this bakery, delicious continental rolls at 60c each. The same rolls across the road in the artisan bakery and cafe are 5c more! Why? Always very friendly service and good value for money.

Approximate cost: $60c each

Great personal service from this bank, the manager fixed a problem I had without charges and without being asked. Unusual service for a bank, I bet the "big 4" would not even know how to telephone a customer to advise that they have done something wrong and offer to fix it at no cost. Exceptional service, above and beyond and all that. Glad to have them in our little town.

Approximate cost: $Nil

My husband takes our grandson there regularly for breakfast, food is excellent, service very very good. His only comment is that it would be even better if they warmed the plates, a hot fried breakfast is not good on cold plates. Also the coffee could be a tad stronger. But overall a fabulous experience. Cost given is for two breakfasts and two cappucinos

we have discovered that this pharmacy is one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) for prescriptions in the area. Their service is always very friendly and professional. The shop is very pleasant, light, clean and well stocked. This is a place to keep in mind.

Appointment for 2.20pm for glaucoma test, so eye drops had to be put in, so waiting for that to take effect, but even so, two hours for a 10 minute procedure is a bit much, and to be charged double that which medicate refunds!! Need I say more. There were renovations taking place, and the receptionist seemed to think it more important to deal with the workmen than looking after the patients. Uncomfortable seats and the usual OLD magazines.

Approximate cost: $120.00
