MEGSEALED CIRCUS
In 2013 we had a leaking balcony which was re-grouted by Megasealed. During the process we had grey grout smeared on white walls, covered with white grout, which turned yellow. We had to paint the walls. The grouting was uneven - low and high spots. Had to be rectified. The tiles were left with a grey smear and foot prints, which could only be removed with harsh chemicals. Chemicals damaged stained the tiles and bleached the grout. Wish I could post photos. Stains had to be sanded off. Grout had to be redone. Despite a 25 year warranty the grout cracked and leaked after less than 2 years. First guy comes, takes photos, advises he doesn't do repairs (why come in the first place ?). Second guy comes asking which shower it is that's leaking !? It's the balcony mate. Oh I don't do balconies. Manager calls and promises to re-grout the whole balcony - and have it fixed once and for all. Third guy turns up 3 hours late " I won't be able to do the whole balcony today. " No sh@!t Sherlock if you turn up late. "We will just repair the cracks" Oh well ... I guess .. it's just a matter of month before I have to deal with these clowns again.

Samone regularly attends to my eyebrows and lash extension. Her patience and attention to detail is outstanding. She is very professional and has a high standard in hygiene. I can highly recommend Samone's services .... and besides all that ... she is a very lovely person.

Don't waste your time and your money !!!!!

I was looking for an LED light strip to light up two 60cm wide glass display cabinets. Was sold a 5m LED Strip "ready to pug in" for $59.95 without tracks. Track had to be purchased separately and cut to size.
Electrician advised to go to IKEA and buy the whole kit for $39.00 (LED's in track) plus a $7.00 lead to connect the two lights to one switch (also included) - no soldering or cutting required.
Took the 5m LED strip back to WWOL in Morayfield (still sealed in packaging) for a refund. They took the light back but now refuse to give me a refund !!!!

Six weeks and many calls later I have now been offered a in store gift voucher !!

Whoopie doo !

Shame on you WIDE WORLD OF LIGHTS - this is no honourable way of doing business.
