I thought 5.9km was too far to go, just for Fish and Chips. Wow, was I wrong this place was awesome. The service, the young man knew his stuff what fish it was in the "Fish n Chips" the Fish was Snapper and battered to perfection, (not greasy) the chips were fresh and crispy. 6 onion rings, yummy! The Value was 2nd to none, portion size was maybe too much. The price was not, all that and a can of drink $13.50. What more could you ask for. It was still piping hot and crispy when I got home and sat down to eat. I am so glad I went and I will be going back. Keep up the great work guys! Thanks.

This companies attention to detail, commitment to their craft and customer service are unmatched. I had a building inspection done on a property I was buying. Value for money was excellent, communication was excellent. Yet, when I paid for the report I mentioned by way of feedback that I felt it had taken too long to get the actual report and the inspector seemed like a really great guy very pleasant, filled out all of the paperwork and was really helpful with some questions that I had. Still I felt as if he wasnt really on top of his game that day for some reason I couldnt even put my finger on why or how. Just that I was afraid something could have been missed. I received and email assuring me my feedback would be brought to the attention of the inspector and other staff. That was good enough for me, although you do wonder if it is just lip service. Not in this case. Some 3 weeks later I received a letter in the mail explaining they had indeed discussed my email felt that in this instance their usual level of standards of service were not met. I was refunded 50% of the cost of my inspection. I was floored. What commitment to service and customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use such a company again and recommend to everyone out there this is a level of service that is rarely found. Embrace it.

If you take your phone/iTouch here, be aware. If by chance they break your item beyond repair while doing an initial investigation to find out what is wrong with your item and how much it will cost to fix. Or while fixing the problem you took it in for that they charged you $20 to tell you what the problem was even if you just say fix it. Even if they cause another problem, fixing the initial problem. They have no liability. NONE . You will be just SOL. They are good though, luckily you won't have to pay for the repair just the initial $20 non refundable cost they charge to tell you what's wrong and how much it's gonna cost to fix when you bring it in. You know the $20 that they charge even if you say fix it with no diagnosis. And if by chance you ask a question like is the initial $20 taken off the cost to fix if you get it fixed at their establishment and the answer you are given is yes. Get the answer in writing. Because there is another guy there who overrides that promise. And the Asian guy that told you suddenly now says it was a misunderstanding. Well English is not his first language, so it can happen right. So if you are really lucky your problem is fixed, if not you have a new problem that is not their fault that they are happy to fix for the $20 fee and the fixing fee, and hmm this could go on and on huh. Or you are now phoneless/iTouch less and it only cost you $20. What a joke, where is the duty of care. I will NEVER go there again. It is a rip off. Then again I could have misunderstood the guy altogether as English is not his first language.

Took my daughter and her new roomate there last night. I have had the lunch specials there before and knew the value and the food were good. Last night the same was true. The customer service was good, maybe a little too good. The waitress went to take my beer before I was finished. :) Aside from the Garlic bread which was pretty average the rest was great. All of us cleaned our plates so you can't want more than that can you.

After getting a new dog, I needed all the supplies again. When my companion of 13 years passed away some 6 months before I was never gonna get another dog. For the new boy I did my research again regarding dog foods as it had been years since I really checked them out. Found the food I wanted on the PET stock online site. I went into the Joondalup store so I didn't have to wait for postage but the food was more expensive than online. Phil the manager explained the prices were different but said he would honour the price. The store has a huge line of pet supplies, you can take your pet shopping and you can even bath your dog in the K9000 for a dollar on Saturday morning. Every time I have gone in since then, Phil or his staff has gone over and above with the customer service taking the heavy food bags to my car. I get text messages when my dog food is on sale so I get the best price. What more could you ask. Yeah you can get stuff cheaper online but you can't get service like you get from a good crew. Well done Phil.

This review is for Harvey Norman (White Goods), West Perth WA

I am still in shock by the service I received from a sales girl. Enquiring about a Harvey Norman Brand oven that I had done some research on and just wanted to see. I asked what the differences between the oven on show and the oven that only had a price tag of $800 more. She told me they were the same except for the seal. I was confused as the more expensive oven I knew didn't even look the same. I said No there were more differences as I had researched somewhat. She turned her back to me and as she walked away she said "Fine, you know best, or you know more than me" lol I couldnt believe it. I tried to get to speak to the white goods manager but he was off that day. Spoke to someone else who showed me the brochure i had at home again. I asked him to let the sales girl see there were considerable differences between the two and let him know I was NOT HAPPY JAN. Sometimes I wonder if stores really know the damage one person can do to their business. Rightly or wrongly. I will never go into that store again and here I am telling you about my experience. There are so many people I would rather give my hard earned money to that a rude inexperienced sales girl.

We went in specially for the Churros as we miss the Churros we used to get at the May Fair in California. But....we just couldnt resist or choose just one thing from the wonderful selection of Chocolate and and had the tasting plate, that included Churros. Cakes, truffles, Chocolate covered pretzels, strawberries, dipping chocolate to name a few it was awesome. Then to drink...hmm maybe Chocolate? One Hot Chocolate, One Spanish Chocolate and one Chilli Cinnamon Chocolate. hmm hmm hmm. Even though neither of us thought the Churros were of the same standard we were used to from the States, just not chunky or fluffy enough. Still, we were in Chocolate Heaven. My daughter called her drink, "Chocolate Soup" hehe We spent $50 for the 3 of us, a tad expensive Nah we had chocolate running through our veins for days after our trip to Chocolateria San Churro.

I was at Bella Napoli last night for my daughters birthday. The menu was extensive and a little pricey. They had a special of Baramundi, my 92yr old Mums favourite. Unfortunately it was $40. These days she eats less than a bird and going out to eat is always distressing when she has to order a huge plate of food. We asked the first waitress if there could be a smaller portion made, immediately she said NO. We thought "oh here we go again" Then Monique came to the table not sure if she overheard or was just a great waitress but she offered Mum the option to order off of the childrens menu. She brought it over. Not just chicken bites and chip there was a great selection and Mum choose the Scotch Fillet Mash and Veggies. It was PERFECT, the size the FOOD, the service from Monique throughout the evening. Amazing how that small offering from the waitress made this our best experience out dinning in a long time. I had the lamb shanks, delicious. If only more restuarants took more notice of an individuals special needs like Bella Napoli. We will drive the 45kms again just for that kind of experience.

I had been investigating on the internet and asking around about home loans with regard to an investment property. I am not familiar at all with the process or the what's and wherefores and was in touch with a couple of brokers who just did not give me that feeling of comfort or knowledge base to match to my own personal needs that I think is a necessity with this sort of big transaction. Then Eric Delaere was recommended to me by a colleague at work. I gave him a call and well what can I say he was just brilliant, his knowledge, attention to detail as to what I actually needed and what would best suit my individual situation was amazing. He came to my house explained everything kept me informed every step of the way as to what stage we were at in the process. Will be available after the loan is approved for any tweeking that may need to happen. Most of all, he made me feel that no question or concern was a silly one and explained brilliantly until I understood. He liased with my financial advisor to make sure all was acceptable with him. I would not hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone looking for a home loan. At least give him a call and you will see exactly what I mean. :) 0405 099 226

This review is for All Kinda Kebabs & Sushi, Kingsley WA

verified email - 07 May 2009

The menu has everything, Kebabs, Burgers, Fish, even fresh made Sushi. The sushi is made by an ex big wig hotel Sushi Chef. But my favorite is the chicken doner with their home made garlic sauce. They put in so much meat in the Kebab I have to ask for more salad to balance it out. The owner and the Sushi guy are so friendly and helpful. I had never had a chicken kebab before going there, always had the lamb/beef the owner convinced me to try something new giving me tasters. Now I have been hard pressed to find a chicken kebab as good. My mouth is watering as soon as I turn into Kingsley drive. :) You wont be disappointed.
