We had an enormous eucalypt removed and the wood sawn for firewood and the leaves shredded for mulch. The quote was more than $2000.00 cheaper than the second quote we got. They were very careful of the house and garden and didn't leave any mess. The wood that was sawn was a suitable length for our fireplace
Went in to get a medallion engraved and the style and lettering was superb. I left it there and picked it up later so I'm not sure if it was computer aided or free hand. Whatever, the result was exactly what I was looking for.
The RPM class is very good with a very dynamic instructor and the rest of the gym is being upgraded with two cardiovascular rooms. There is also a pool and a large number of aerobic and other classes. It is an ordinary person gym, not a "you have to look good in lycra type gym"
We enjoyed the high quality Greek food both main course and desert. All the meats were excellent, we shared our food so we could have a good try of everything and the baklava was superb.
We went to try out the refurbished Belair Hotel and I was very disappointed with the food. I had roast beef which was tough and the seasoned roast veg were cold and you could not taste the seasoning. The previous restaurant there had very good roast meat and I expected the same. The setting looked very good and modern and impressive but was quite noisy.
Approximate cost: $16.00
Very nice food especially the potato wedges. It is fairly small with crowded tables and so very noisy but we thoroughly enjoyed the food. We went on a cold night but there was outside dining which would have been good if the weather was warmer.
Had a small group get together here and pooled the food we ordered. The food was delicious and varied and catered well for a vegetarian in the group. It was a bit noisy and the tables were fairly crowded together. Servings were very generous and the staff very pleasant.
I recently went there for a birthday celebration. They have a three course carvery in a beautiful dining room overlooking the golf course. It was a cool day and there was a log fire burning. The food was superbly cooked with a large range of deserts, tea and coffee was included in overall cost
Approximate cost: $32.00
Went to Whyalla to see cuttlefish. Motel was in prime position on the foreshore. Very comfortable bed and large clean and fresh room. It's double story. Proprietor was very helpful printing off details of where we should go to see the cuttlefish.
Stayed in Whyalla overnight and found this restaurant. The food was delicious and the menu had a very wide range of food choices. The servings were generous and it was thoroughly enjoyable
