Had fair few things I needed help with:
1. Had important data recovered from accidentally formatted Hard drive.
2. BMC helped me get rid of some kind of super annoying and disabling Virus remotely with out having to spend time to take my computer there. Which was highly appreciated.
3. Most important of all BMC revived my dead front desk computer which my business could not do without, & it was done in a manner which was much more efficiently that I thought was possible.
