They removed our old fence and installed a new one. The communication they had with us was appalling, the complete disregard for quality of service and workmanship was amazing. They were messy , and careless.

The broadband plan with this company is fantastic, great prices and massive Gb allowance.
The telephone support has been very good to, helping me often on a Saturday or Sunday with various problems I have encountered.

This is directed at the shop here in Bendigo, the staff are great and very helpful, providing excellent customer service and also great follow up service. The on staff plumbers were very friendly , gave great advice, and were on time and efficient with the installation of our new hot wate service.

My daughter attended the Brad Hope FMA centre when we were living in Cairns, and the quality of teaching and programs on offer are exceptional. The respect everyone shows towards each other while attending this school is amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of this business and its' staff.

We use this Daycare centre for our son. He has an absolute ball there, the staff are wonderful, the centre is small and personal, food is provided and interactive play is encouraged.

I bought a computer from Talk to the Mac 3 years ago, and always had excellent back up service and support. I was provided with low cost repairs when I needed help and did not have the money.

One of the most impersonal financial institutions in the country. Found problems with services impossible to resolve, the interest free terms are just a trap to pull customers in. Very hard to find any satisfaction with this company.

I had a credit card with Citibank for sometime and was enticed by the low rate on offer. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, horrendous customer service, I cannot believe they are still in business.
