The dentist explained all procedures step by step. He showed me exactly what was going to be done. The phone reminders the day before the appointment was great.

He didn't explain procedures that he was going to do properly. He left an urgent procedure that he picked up unattended. When I went to other different dentists, they were appalled that it was not done straight away. The receptionist was friendly and helpful though. The cost was as expected.

The range of products are not as big as other priceline/priceline pharmacy. The staff are friendly, however, the counter is not always manned. I had to wait for someone to serve me on a few different occassions.

The make-up was bad and my hair was not done as what I wanted. The staff were very pushy when it came to buying the prints. They even said that "I had issues" when I did not buy any photos as I did not like any of the prints due to the bad hair and make-up. The only thing that was good was the photographer. Not worth the money.

Easy to book, no hassles. Staff were very friendly and happy to help when I bombarded them with questions. Very affordable and it's right in the heart of downtown Hobart.
