I bought two reasonably expensive bottles of 1968 wine for my husband's 40th. There were major problems with the postage and one bottle of port was smashed by Australia Post. The owner of the store went to great lengths to locate my packages and replace the smashed bottle in time for my husband's birthday (and the wine was excellent too!) Can't recommend them highly enough for personal service and an excellent selection of vintage wines.

Small selection of great quality , ethically made toys for young children. Parcels are properly packed and postage is fast and efficient. Great service including a small unexpected gift in one order.

I have made several orders with Tree Frog Toys over the last two years - the quality of the products is outstanding, and the prices appropriate to the toy quality. The service is good and the correct products are posted promptly.

Bought some children's socks that I had seen on another child but hadn't been able to find elsewhere. They arrived very quickly and were VERY carefully packaged, but I thought the product was a bit overpriced.

I use the baby products from Beauty and the Bees. The baby cream completely eliminated my 8 month old daughter's eczema and the massage oil was fantastic for her cradle cap (as well as massage...). The botty butter has also been great and my daughter has had no nappy rash at all, even though we use both cloth and disposable nappies. Postage can be a bit expensive.

I contacted Tradeworks to have some minor plastering repairs done. The Tradeworks broker quoted me a price, the plasterer contacted me to arrange a time, the plasterer arrived on time, did a very good job on the two small holes I needed patched in ceiling and wall, and the invoice was for the amount originally quoted. I was particularly happy as these jobs were very small and I'd had trouble finding someone to come out and do these repairs.

As a mum of a young child, I found the mobile hairdressing service provided by B Hair very convenient. Emma called ahead, was polite and friendly, came prepared and did a great job with my hair - colour, foils, cut and blowdry. Her skills were definitely on par with any salon hairdresser. Introductory offer was fantastic value and regular prices slightly less than I have paid at salons. Very good value for kids and men's cuts.
